The clue’s in the name: the Sprint is a track-only version of the 650S, designed for wealthier fans to go on track days and race at junior levels. Van maker Vehicle Production Group -- recipient of a $50 million loan from the U.S. Department of Energy -- has suspended operations and is in the process of being sold, its former CEO said Wednesday. The Allen Park, Mich., company, which made MV-1 vans for the disabled, terminated about 100 workers and closed its offices in February.
The Porsche Cajun Coupe Crossover
It’s only a week or two since we finally discovered for certain that Porsche will be building an SUV / Crossover based on the Audi Q5. And we also discovered that instead of being the Porsche Roxster – which was always a bit of joke name – Porsche’s trendy crossover would be the Porsche Cajun. And yes, we fully expect the Porsche Chilli and the Porsche Jalapeno to join in at some point in the future.
